ASSISTED RETURNS – ITALY
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
How it works
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp
- Send 2-3 photos of the jewelry
- We will arrange collection directly from your home
Collection Service
For a contribution of €6.00:
- we book home collection
- tracked shipping
- no other costs to pay in advance
The amount of €6.00 will be deducted from the refund
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be accepted, the return must comply with the following conditions:
- item unworn and unused
- original condition
- intact tags
- complete packaging (box, shopper, accessories)
- proof of purchase
Items sent without prior request will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once the return has been received and verified:
- you will receive email confirmation
- the refund will be processed within 10 business days
- via the same payment method or by bank transfer for cheque payments
The following will be deducted:
- €6.00 for collection (if our service is used)
SPECIAL PRICE ITEMS
Special Price items are end-of-line products or last pieces.
Return rules:
- return within 14 days
- you can ship independently or request our collection service
If you use our collection service:
the following will be deducted from the refund:
- €6.00 for collection
- €5.00 for initial shipping, even if free shipping was applied.
If you ship independently:
- shipping cost is at your expense
- €5.00 for initial shipping will still be deducted, even if free shipping was applied.
For Special Price items:
- size changes and replacements are not guaranteed
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For orders delivered outside Italy:
- the return is at the customer's expense
- you can choose your preferred courier
- the refund is processed within 10 business days of verification

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing reasons, in compliance with the conditions specified above.
