SOGNI® Jewelry Warranty and Maintenance
SOGNI® jewelry is crafted with passion and expertise by our team of experts, using only high-quality materials. Each piece of jewelry is carefully checked in our workshop to guarantee you an excellent product.
We offer a 2-year warranty from the delivery date of your order. The warranty covers material and/or workmanship defects but does not apply to wear and tear or damage resulting from improper, physical, or accidental use.
Gold-Plated 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry:
Our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver and then coated with a layer of 18-karat gold. Since plating is a surface layer, it can deteriorate over time, depending on use and environmental conditions. SOGNI® does not guarantee the durability of the gold plating. Factors such as contact with chemicals, sweat, or skin pH can accelerate color deterioration. To keep your jewelry in optimal condition, avoid contact with detergents, cosmetics, and corrosive substances.
Maintenance of 925 Sterling Silver Jewelry:
Silver is naturally prone to oxidation, a process that causes the jewelry to darken over time. Oxidation is not considered a defect and is not covered by the warranty, but it is easily reversible.

What to do if your jewelry is defective
If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect, here's what to do:
Send an email to info@sognigioielli.com indicating the order number and the name used for the purchase, attaching a clear photo of the jewelry defect.
As soon as we receive your request, we will proceed with an internal assessment and, if necessary, give you the go-ahead to send us the jewelry to our offices.
Once the jewelry arrives, we will conduct a thorough evaluation. If we confirm that it is a manufacturing defect, we will agree with you on the best solution, which includes either replacing the jewelry or a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
